Paul spent the early years of his career producing, shooting and editing short-form videos for major brands across the Asia-Pacific region - most notably covering Tiger Beer's Tiger Translate events in Mongolia, Vietnam, Thailand, New Zealand and Australia.

He then specialised as an editor in Unscripted TV & Film and has since worked on an array of projects across the genres of documentary, factual entertainment, reality and comedy.

Notable credits include editing feature documentary, A Horse Named Winx (Sydney Film Festival 2024; nominated - AACTA Award for Best Documentary 2025) as well as episodes of The Last Goodbye (nominated - AACTA Award for Best Documentary/Factual Program 2025), Who Do You Think You Are (nominated - AACTA Award for Best Documentary/Factual Program 2024), Masterchef Australia (winner - AACTA Award for Best Reality Program 2021 & 2022), and The Amazing Race Australia (nominated - AACTA Award for Best Reality Program 2021).
